How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Hugegym Roofing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Hugegym Roofing
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. But Hugegym Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@hugegym.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens After
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
